Ingredients

3 Hass avocados, roughly chopped
0.5 small red onion, finely chopped
0.5 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1tbsp. cilantro, finely chooped
2tbsp. lime juice,
black pepper,
salt,

Equipment

  • medium bowl
  • fork

Directions

  1. Combine the avocados, onion, jalapeno, and lime juice in a medium bowl.
  2. Mash lightly with a fork
  3. Mix in cilantro, pepper and salt to suit your taste
