Chicken Supreme

Ingredients

1can cream of mushroom soup,
1pint sour cream,
4 large chicken breasts, diced and cooked (with spices)
1package pepperidge farm stuffing mix, small
1cup water, warm
1stick butter, melted
.5tsp. onion (or leek), chopped
.5tsp oregano,

Equipment

  • 9x13 baking dish
  • medium mixing bowl

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325. Mix the first three ingredients in the large baking dish.
  2. In the medium mixing bowl, mix the next five ingredients.
  3. Pour this mixture on top of the stuff in the baking dish and cook in the oven for approximately one hour or until golden brown. ENJOY :-)
