Shrimp Scampi

Good with salad and fresh bread. Serve with tarter sauce or cocktail sauce

Ingredients

2pounds Shrimp, De-veined and remove shell
2cloves Garlic, Pressed or chopped very fine
2tbls Butter, Melted in baking dish

Equipment

  • Fork
  • Baking Dish

Directions

  1. De-vein Shrimp by running the fork under the shell along the back of the shrimp and removing the dark vein. Keep shrimp in cold water while doing this
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Melt butter in baking dish and place the garlic in the bottom of the dish.
  4. Place the shrimp in a single layer on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Cook uncovered in the oven for 10 minutes or until shrimp turn white.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve with tarter sauce or cocktail sauce.
