Ingredients

4lb Round steak, Tenderize round steak
1quart milk,
1cup flour,
1/4tsp pepper,
1/4tsp salt,
2cups cooking oil,

Equipment

  • Frying Pan
  • Knife
  • Mallet

Directions

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Tenderize round steak and. Dip in milk and then flour.
  3. Fry in deep fat at approximately 375 deg F until golden brown.
  4. Make the Gravy.
  5. Add the quart of milk.
