Chicken Pot Pie

Good way to use up leftover vegetables

Ingredients

2Cup Cooked Chicken, Cut into bite size pieces
1Can (10 3/4 oz) Condensed cream of chicken soup, Store bought
1Cup Bisquick Baking Mix, Store bought
1/2Cup Skim Milk, Store bought
2 Egg Whites, Blended
2Cup Mixed Vegetables, Leftovers or Frozen mixed

Equipment

  • Knife
  • 9x13 in baking dish
  • Fork
  • 3 qt mixing bowl

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup in ungreased 9" x 13" baking dish
  3. Stir remaining ingredients with fork in a mixing bowl until blended. Pour over the vegetables and chicken in the pan.
  4. Bake 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
