From the Kitchen of Chester Goad,

My dad modified this recipe from many others until the perfect combination of ingredients was found. This bread tastes light and wonderful.

Yields:
2 loaves
Ingredients
4
cups flour,
1 2/3
cups warm water,
1 1/2
tablespoons olive oil,
1 1/2
teaspoons salt,
2
teaspoons sugar,
1
package active dry yeast,
Equipment
2 greased loaf pans
1 large bread bowl
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, and yeast). Make a well and add olive oil and water.
Knead dough until no longer sticky (might need to add more flour). Let rise in bread bowl in a warm space with saran wrap on top until doubled (1 hour). Pound down and separate into two loaves, roll and place in loaf pans.
Let rise again until doubled again (1/2 hour) then place in oven and cook until brown on top, about 20 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy!
