Turkey Meatloaf

This is the best meatloaf I have ever had! We modified it to a low fat version and didn't lose any of the flavor! Enjoy.

Ingredients
3
slices white bread, torn
1
cup skim milk,
1
egg, beaten
1/2
cup plain low fat yogurt,
1.5
cup leeks, minced
1
cup Prego pasta sauce,
1
tbsp butter,
1
tbsp garlic, minced
1/2
cup parsley, fresh
2
tbsp worcestershire sauce,
1
tbsp kosher salt,
2
tsp black pepper, ground
2
lb ground turkey,
3/4
lb ground pork sausage,
Equipment
2 large mixing bowls
2 aluminum 8x3 3/4 loaf pans
2 stirring spoons
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Cut two holes on the bottom of each long side of the aluminum pans (for the fat to drain). Place on a rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.
Combine first 4 ingredients in one bowl- soak for 20-30 minutes.
Saute leek, tomato sauce and garlic in butter on medium high for about 3 minutes. let cool for 5 minutes.
To the bread mixture bowl, add parsley, worcestershire, salt, pepper, and the tomato mixture. Fold in the ground turkey and pork sausage. Spoon meatloaf into loaf pans. Bake 1 1/4 hours.
