Spanish (or other) short-grain rice

Paprika

Saffron

Water, Chicken Stock, or Shrimp Stock
,
Fresh parsley
, minced
Equipment
Large Saucepan
Directions
Bring the water (or stock) and the saffron (if using) to a boil in the saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Garnish with parsley.
