Peanut Butter

This has got to be the easiest thing to make -- possibly easier than toast... Once you've made it fresh, you'll never buy peanut butter at the store again!

 2 Cups


Ingredients

2Cups Dry Roasted Peanuts,
1 1/2Tbsp Kosher Salt,
4Tbsp Granulated Sugar,
4Tbsp Peanut Oil,

Equipment

  • Food Processor

Directions

  1. Put ingredients in food processor.
  2. Turn it on.
  3. As it blends, the mixture will form into a ball and then slowly break down and become creamy. Stop when the ball has disappeared.
  4. For crunchy peanut butter: Add a 1/2 cup of peanuts to the creamy peanut butter already in the food processor and pulse until the desired chunk size is reached.
