Mini Morsel Cookies

I love these cookies and just in case I throw away the bag...

 5 dozen

Ingredients

2.25c all-purpose flour,
1tsp baking soda,
1tsp salt,
1c butter, softened
3/4c sugar,
3/4c brown sugar, packed
1tsp vanilla extract,
2 large eggs,
2c semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels,
1c nuts and/or dried fruit,

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in larger mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tsp onto ungreased baking sheets.
  4. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
