Cookie's mother, Hellen, created a wonderfully crunchy and straight-forward recipe for pie crust; no rolling pin needed!

Ingredients

cups all purpose flour,
1.5
tsp sugar,
1
tsp salt,

cup cooking oil,
2
tbsp cold milk,

Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place all purpose flour, sugar, salt into ungreased pie pan.
Combine the cooking oil and cold milk in a cup. Whip with fork until cloudy. Pour mixture over flour in pie pan and mix with fork until well blended.
With hands press into shape partially covering rim. Pinch dough into fluting for edging, pick and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, or fill and bake.
