Thai Yellow Curry

Ingredients

1 yellow curry powder,
1package quorn cubes, toasted
2cans coconut milk,
3 potatoes, diced and toasted
1tbsp sugar,
1head broccoli, steamed and toasted

Equipment

  • saute pan

Directions

  1. Pour one can of coconut milk into a pan and stir. Once thicker, add yellow curry powder. Mix well.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients, stir together and serve.
