- Beat eggs.
- Add sour cream and milk and stir.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Mix in enough flour to solidify dough.
- Let dough stand for 2 hours, until outside is slightly crunchy.
- Turn dough onto floured surface and cut into whatever kind of doughnut shapes you want.
- Fry the doughnuts in oil until light brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste. Enjoy!
