Broccoli With Cheese

This is a quick easy side dish which adds great color to any course. Enjoy :-)

Ingredients

6oz Velveta, cubed
4crowns Broccoli, seperate small crowns

Equipment

  • small sharp knife
  • sauce pan

Directions

  1. Bring four cups of water to a boil. Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients. Soak the broccoli under salt water bath while cubing the Velveta.
  2. Add the broccoli to the boiling water and boil for 5 minutes (still crisp and a vivid green).
  3. Drain the excess water from the broccoli and add the velveta to the pot. Place the lid on and wait 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve and enjoy!!
