Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients

16oz orzo pasta, al dente
8oz olives, sliced
8oz mushrooms, diced
4 pickles, diced
8oz feta cheese, crumbled
4oz mozzarella cheese, grated
4oz real mayonase (low fat),
2tbsp mustard,
.5tsp pepper, ground

Equipment

  • Large Bowl with cover

Directions

  1. Prepare veggies as specified.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and chill before serving (best if prepared the day before for combined flavors).
