Sweet Pepper Potato Slices

Ingredients

8ea Potatoes, Sliced
1lb Bacon, Chopped
2cups Mushrooms, Sliced
2medium Onions, Chopped
2ea Sweet Green Bell Peppers, Chopped
1cup White and yellow cheese, Gradded and mixed

Equipment

  • 4 qt roasting pot
  • knife

Directions

  1. Saute bacon
  2. Add onions, green peppers,mushrooms and saute 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add potato slices and stir to combine.
  4. Remove lid and sprinkle the cheese on top. Replace the lid for 3 to 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
