Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan.
- Mix first four dry ingredients.
- Sprinkle pecans on bottom of greased and floured bundt pan.
- Add next five ingredients to dry mixture (eggs through 1/2 cup white wine).
- Bake 1 hour - 1 hour, 10 minutes at 325.
- When cake has 10 minutes left to bake, boil 1/2-1 stick of butter or margarine, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup of warm water for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of wine. When cake comes out of the oven, pour 1/2 of glaze on hot cake before turning it out. Let cake sit 10 minutes. Turn out. Glaze with rest.
