Raspberry Salad

Ingredients

16 oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin,
116 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce,
120 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1cup nuts, chopped

Equipment

  • Medium Pyrex Dish

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and pineapple juice. Chill until slightly thickened.
  2. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Put in medium Pyrex dish and refrigerate until ready to serve.
