Mini-Cinnamon Rolls

Yields:
 40 mini rolls


Ingredients

28 oz. cans refrigerated crescent rolls,
1/2cup margarine, softened
1/4cup granulated sugar,
1teaspoon cinnamon,
1/4cup raisins,
1cup powdered sugar,
2tablespoons apple juice or milk,

Equipment

  • 9 inch round baker

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Separate rolls into rectangles. Press perforations.
  3. Spread with margarine.
  4. Combine granulated sugar, cinnamon and raisins and sprinkle over the margarine.
  5. Roll up each rectangle from the short end. Cut each roll into 5 slices.
  6. Place slices cut side down in ungreased 9 inch circular baker.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and apple juice or milk to form glaze. Drizzle on top of warm rolls.
