- Preheat oven to 350.
- Drain artichoke and chop into small pieces.
- Place artichokes in mixing bowl and add cheeses, garlic, and thyme.
- Stir in mayonnaise and mix well.
- Spread evenly in a 2 qt. glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and top is lightly browned.
