Directions
- Boil the chicken breasts in water in the frying pan until cooked through. Cool.
- Dice the chicken, then mix with apple, lemon juice, curry powder, mayonaise and raisins. Add enough curry powder to suit your taste.
- Serve on bread or with crackers for a quick snack.
