Directions
- Bring water to a boil in the saucepan.
- Stir in Oats, salt and cinnamon.
- Reduce heat slightly and boil for 10 minutes -- stir occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes -- stir frequently until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in pumpkin.
- Top with blueberries and honey and serve hot.
