Ingredients

1lb Calamari, sliced into rings
1c Flour,
2c Canola oil,

Equipment

  • Small bowl
  • sauce pan

Directions

  1. Heat the canola oil to a medium high heat. Meanwhile coat the rings in flour.

  2. Cook the coated calamari in batches. Serve with maranara sauce.
