Apple Breakfast Muffins

This is a quick and yummy breakfast treat, just add a bit of creamy butter.

Yields:
 18 muffins


Ingredients

2c flour,
1/2tsp baking soda,
1tsp cream of tarter,
1/2c sugar,
1.5c apples, finely diced
1c milk,
1/2tsp cinnamon,

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • muffin tin
  • paper muffin cups

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Place the muffin cups in the muffin tin. Fill each cup 2/3 full with the batter.
  3. Cook each batch for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
