- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In mixing bowl, mix together first 5 ingredients.
- Stir in parts 6-9. Briefly stir in cranberries and chocolate chips. Pour into pan and place the pan in the oven.
- Cook for 20 minutes with the top on the pan, or covered in tinfoil. Cook for remaining 5-10 minutes with the top off the pan. Continue to cook until a toothpick comes out clean.
