Hummus

Yields:
 1.5 Cups


Ingredients

1can garbanzo beans, rinsed and microwaved
3TB lemon juice,
1/4cup water, possibly more
6TB tahini,
3TB extra-virgin olive oil,
1tsp kosher salt,
1/2tsp cumin,
1/2tsp cayenne,
1/2tsp garlic powder,
1/2tsp chipolte tobasco sauce,

Directions

  1. Rinse the garbanzo beans at least three times. Microwave to heat and dry them. Add to food processor, and pulse until ground.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, liquids first and mix, then spices and salt, until smooth and creamy. Add more olive oil and water as needed.
