Potato Soup

Ingredients

1 leek, diced
5lbs potatoes, peeled, diced
1tsp garlic powder,
1tbsp olive oil,
1can Cannellini beans,
1/4cup celery, diced
1/3 Veelveta, diced
2 Mock Bacon, microwave, dice

Equipment

  • stock pot

Directions

  1. Cook leeks, garlic powder, and celery in olive oil.
  2. Wash Cannellini beans, add 1/2 cup water, cook for 5 mintues. Add potatoes and cover with water.
  3. Cook for 30 minutes. Add velveeta and bacon.
