- In large pot, melt butter. Add leeks, garlic, potatoes, rosemary, thyme and mushroom umami. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes
- Sprinkle sauce with flour. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in stock and sour cream. Bring to boil over high heat.
- Stir in pasta, reduce heat to medium and cook pasta until tender (can add precooked pasta and not cook as long). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
