- De-vein Shrimp by running the fork under the shell along the back of the shrimp and removing the dark vein. Keep shrimp in cold water while doing this
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Melt butter in baking dish and place the garlic in the bottom of the dish.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Cook uncovered in the oven for 10 minutes or until shrimp turn white.
- Remove from the oven and serve with tarter sauce or cocktail sauce.
