Make-Ahead Breakfast Bake From the Kitchen of Cookie Rich, 2002-04-23 Wonderful for the holidays. We mix the night before, and then bake while you open presents Christmas morning.

Directions

1. Crumble sausage in a medium skillet; cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally. Drain.
2. Spread bread crumbs in a buttered 12 x 8 x 2 baking dish; top with sausage and cheese.
3. Combine eggs, milk, and seasoning; beat well and pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until set.
