Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

12# pkg. Frozen Hashed Brown Potatoes, Thaw 30 minutes.
3/4Stick Margarine, Melted
110 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup,
Salt and Pepper to Taste,
16oz. Sour Cream (Low Fat not Non Fat),
5 - 6oz. Sharp Ceddar Cheese, Shredded
1/2cup Onion, Chopped

Equipment

  • 9"x13" Glass Pan

Directions

  1. Mix together: Margarine
  2. Mix in potatoes.
  3. Pour into pan (I spray with PAM.)
  4. Can sprinkle with crushed potato chips. (I don't!)
  5. Bake 350 40 minutes to 1 hour (until bubbly and edges are browning).
