- Chop 1 small onion and fry it till golden
- cut 3 small potatoes in small cubes and cook them (do not overcook!) in a separate
- add one chicken bouillon cube dissolved in hot water to the onions
- add 2 or three small chopped tomatoes
- add shrimps, cooked potatoes and some water
- cover and cook (low heat) for 10 minutes (if it's still too watery, leave in the heat for
- Beat three eggs (only the white part) till you get a fluffy white mixture. Add some salt,
- Pour the fluffly stuff on top of the shrimps and potatoes. Leave in low heat for 1 or 2
- Take the whole pan to the oven (400). Leave till egg topping is golden
- It's ready to eat!!
- You can decorate the egg topping with slices of tomatoes and peppers
