- In medium bowl, combine turkey, onion, celery, blueberries, pecans and tarragon.
- Mix in mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve as a salad or on whole-grain bread as sandwiches.
- If served immediately, the blueberries will add texture, but a milder flavor. If made ahead of time and refridgerated, the blueberries will provide a richer flavor, but less texture.
