Ingredients

1/4cup butter, melted
1 1/2pounds yukon gold potatoes, thinly sliced
4tablespoons marjoram,
salt and pepper, to taste

Equipment

  • pastry brush
  • 9x13 baking pan

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush the baking dish with butter. Pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel.
  2. Arrange alternating layers of potatoes, brushed with butter, and marjoram and salt and pepper.
  3. Cook in oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until the potatoes are easy to poke. Let cool before serving.
