- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, and yeast). Make a well and add olive oil and water.
- Knead dough until no longer sticky (might need to add more flour). Let rise in bread bowl in a warm space with saran wrap on top until doubled (1 hour). Pound down and separate into two loaves, roll and place in loaf pans.
- Let rise again until doubled again (1/2 hour) then place in oven and cook until brown on top, about 20 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy!
