2004-02-03 An adaptation of the Joy of Cooking's basic Lasagna recipe. This is much easier to cut than regular lasagna, and less likely to have crusty pasta. | Prep Time: 5 minutes

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to salted boiling water. Cook the macaroni noodles in water until al dente, then drain.
- Put a thin layer of sauce at the bottom of the pan. Add a layer of noodles and randomly sprinkle with 1/3 of all cheeses. (Be sure to reserve some parmesan cheese for the end) Top with sauce, and repeat 2 more times.
- Top with parmesan cheese for browning. Place in oven for 30 minutes and cook until warm and bubbly. Let cool, but eat warm.
