- Preheat oven to 375. Cut two holes on the bottom of each long side of the aluminum pans (for the fat to drain). Place on a rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Combine first 4 ingredients in one bowl- soak for 20-30 minutes.
- Saute leek, tomato sauce and garlic in butter on medium high for about 3 minutes. let cool for 5 minutes.
- To the bread mixture bowl, add parsley, worcestershire, salt, pepper, and the tomato mixture. Fold in the ground turkey and pork sausage. Spoon meatloaf into loaf pans. Bake 1 1/4 hours.
