- Brown the turkey in the saucepan and set the turkey aside.
- Add the oil to the empty saucepan and sweat the onions.
- Return the turkey to the saucepan and add all of the remaining ingredients EXCEPT for the olives.
- Simmer for 20-35 minutes (until all the liquid has been absorbed, the peppers are soft, and the flavors have combined).
- Garnish with green olives. Serve with Yellow Cuban Rice.
