Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Pack the mixture into the loaf pan.
- Turn the loaf out onto a parchment-paper lined baking sheet.
- Insert a probe thermometer at a 45 degree angle into the top of the meatloaf. Avoid touching the bottom of the tray with the probe. Set the probe for 155 degrees F.
- Cook until the thermometer's alarm goes off.
- Remove from the oven, tent loosely with aluminum foil and allow it to rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
