- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in bowl.
- Cream the butter and sugar in mixer. Beat in egg and banana (want the banana to remain lumpy).
- Add the flour to the mixer in 3 parts until just mixed. Fold in nuts (or chips).
- Cook for 1 hour or until done. Cool before slicing.
