Smoked Mozzarella Pasta Salad

Best smoked cheese pasta salad ever!

Ingredients

16oz small pasta,
9oz roasted bell pepper, diced
8oz smoked mozzarella (or gouda), diced
1/8tsp red pepper, crushed/dried
2.5oz parmesan cheese, shredded
5.5oz mayo,
4oz baby spinach, minced
1/2tsp garlic, powdered
2tbsp parsley, dried
salt and pepper,

Equipment

  • Pot for boiling pasta
  • Colander for draining pasta
  • Large spoon for mixing

Directions

  1. Boil water and cook pasta as directed. Drain in colander and run cold water over noodles until cool.
  2. Whisk in the cooled pot, garlic, parsley, pepper and mayo.
  3. Add pasta, spinach, peppers, cheeses and toss together until blended.
